Riley is coming home to Oldfied, so I decided I would create a blog titled "The Life of Riley"! Before we get to the adventures of Riley some context is important. My family, Lynn and adult children, Robert and Caitlin, lost our beautiful yellow American Field lab to cancer this past March, his name was Charlie "Brown" Griffith and he was only 9 years old. I had dogs growing up, Irish Terriers, but Charlie was more then a dog he was family, he was my best friend. Over the past two and half years we were side by side going on hikes back in NJ, swimming in the ocean, car rides to the Pet Store in Little Sliver NJ. We had each other and thats a lot" sorry could not resist Boss! We moved to Bluffton Sc from Rumson NJ November 1, 2020 and bulit our new home in Oldfiled1732 We love ourcommunity and my new career as a Real Estate Agent has exceed my expectations in 6 months. However, we both knew something was mising but what? By luck our awesome neighbors told us about a beautifu local family that had a litter of black labs! We just knew it was time to give back all the love that Charlie gave us. So now we embark (no pun intended) on The Life of Riley. She comes home this Sunday so stay tuned to her adventures!
